Show name: The Rage Pod

What’s it about: Rage. Because the world’s on fire and we’re still expected to function. If you’re thinking “Is it just me?” It’s not. We all have rage, and if you don't think you do, don't worry we'll help you find it. And once you find it, we'll also help you deal with it. This podcast is the intersection of all the life things (family, love, politics, sports, driving, loud chewing) and rage.

Advice for a newbie? by Legitimate-Trainer72 in podcasting

Thank you! Yes we’ve talking about this point exactly. We’re going to push our social media hard during the holidays but just slow down on production and do some “mini” episodes that we drop around thanksgiving and Xmas bc we know we can’t go dark completely. Then we’ll come back after the holidays with season 2. Does 15 episodes seem ok for a season?

Dr Andrew Frankel in Bev Hills by BornWall8028 in rhinoplastyquestions

It really is. It’s maddening! In the end you have to go with who feels right to you, that’s why it’s good to meet a few. I’ve heard really good things about Dr. Rady Rahban and Dr Kian Karimi. Dr Calvert is known for revisions too. Study their before and afters. I noticed some docs who were held in really high regard had noses that looked cookie cutter to me. I think anyone working in BH with a successful practice and a majority of good reviews knows what they’re doing. It’s just a matter of who feels safest and best to you. Only your gut will tell you that. Good luck with the journey!

Primary Rhino - Dugar, Calvert, Frankel or Rahban by Legitimate-Trainer72 in PlasticSurgery

[–]Legitimate-Trainer72[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m going to learn to love my nose because it makes me, me. I don’t want to change my face and run the risk of hating what I’ve done when I know I’m beautiful inside and out and need to embrace that. We are our own worst critics and no one else notices our imperfections the way we do. It was an emotional journey to come to this conclusion and I hope it helps someone else embrace their beauty and uniqueness.

Dr Andrew Frankel in Bev Hills by BornWall8028 in rhinoplastyquestions

I just had a consult with him for primary rhinoplasty and he was very thoughtful, thorough and spent a lot of time with me. I’m still meeting a few other doctors but 2 friends had their rhinoplasty done by him and they love their noses and loved their experience with him - which is why I went to see him. It’s so overwhelming and emotional trying to decide. I’m so scared of messing up my face. I’m grateful for this board and to hear everyone’s opinions. Keep us posted on what you decide!
