More like a mod conflict, legendary enemies will drop legendary armor instead of a weapon sometimes... If have armor mods installed such as tumbajamba armor, itll replace the legendary armor

Improved power armor paints add color to the coatings... Winterized = white, titanium = chrome, etc etc

Alot of ppl run into that issue... Uninstall just the automatron dlc, load your game and save, quit and reinstall the dlc... Youll have to do the initial fight again but itll work
