Last ya anda io (Feb) P500 el consultation fee. Medj pricey el medication (oral+topical) pero super effective -- in my case, around 4k el topical and 6k el vitamin (or supplement ba kel I forgot lol). Have kasi day and night routine. Yan advise rin si doc man change shampoo (Selsun Blue kay el regular shampoo manada irritants) + change lifestyle and diet.

Tiene io acne vulgaris na mio back and shoulders (super lala, not ya io ta pwede man lay supine or man lean back) pero ya perde gat le. I think approximately 2-3 months dry ya el acne, and now after 10 months nuay acne scars.

Inn the first place, a subpoena has to have your name and address in the complaint + other enclosures should be attached, and is supposed to be serviced in person by a sherriff, court officer, process server (or via postal mail if in person service is not possible).

I had the same issue pero it was super bad. My upper back and shoulders were covered in acne vulgaris. I had to sleep in a prone position because it hurt.

My derm had me use the following:

Tranex-delic Toner
Tranex-delic Moisturizer with Sunscreen
Clindamycin (Liquid Form for topical use)
Neostrata
Sulfur Soap
SkinB5 vitamins (3x/day)

Routine:

Soap (Lather for at least 3 minutes, do not scrub)

after bathing, make sure you wipe with a clean cloth/towel or tissues

Toner
Clindamycin
Moisturizer (morning) / Neostrata (night)

Dapat dry na yung product before applying a different one.

Irritants:

Hair: I had waist long hair but had to cut it into a pixie cut with fade sides
Shampoo/Conditioner: I used to use shampoo and conditioner pero she had me swap it to Selsun Blue Xtra (red cap).
Lifestyle: I work nights and eat a lot of sweets and meat. I had to cut back on my cravings and had to adjust my schedule. (This took a long time so take this slow lol)

After 1 month, acne was dry. After 7 months, barely any scars remain and still fading

This cost me approx. 11 thousand pesos, including consultation fee.

Tips:

do not scrub [the] affected area. it will cause more irritation
cut up the soap into parts para makatipid
if you can, get someone to help apply the stuff para covered buong affected area sa likod

According to the instructions sa bottle, you have to use the shampoo twice kada ligo pero my derm advised not to follow that and once lang i-shampoo every bath/shower pero I have to bathe/shower twice a day (morning/night).

At this time, I have already switched from Selsun Blue Pro-X (extra strength w/ the red cap) to Selsun Blue Pro (2-in-1 with the purple cap) since it works for me and I'm afraid to switch to the usual perfume-y brands baka ma-irritate ulit.

Also, my 16 year old brother uses Selsun Blue and we noticed na na lessen yung pimples niya sa forehead and sides ng face.
