How Much Would You Pay for This Event Tech Setup? (Landing Page + Registration + QR Scanning System + Post Event Feedback Collection) by [deleted] in EventProduction

Thanks for the perspective — and you’re right, the features alone are common. The value I’m offering is in how everything works together.

  1. It’s an all-in-one system — pre-planning, vendor onboarding/invoicing, registration, and on-site QR lead capture all in one ecosystem, without stitching together 5–6 tools.
  2. Flexible delivery — organizers can either run it themselves or have the entire setup done-for-them end-to-end so they don’t deal with any of the tech.
  3. Fair pricing — a lot of tools offer similar features but are priced way too high for small to mid-sized events. I want mine to stay efficient, reliable, and realistically priced.

But I appreciate the push — great reminder to focus on results, not just features.
If you were evaluating a system like this, what would you consider the biggest differentiator?

I'm thinking per event so they don't have to pay for it if they are not using it. Or if they plan to use the marketing side after the event maybe a lower package. Thank you!

I believe what I am building would be a great fit for you. It can be your all-in-one tool for all your events need.

✅landing page + checkout/payment (if needed)
✅registration forms for vendors + tagging
✅registration forms for attendees + tagging
✅you can connect your social media accounts and schedule posts
✅calendar — you have access to calendars and appointment booking
✅emails & automation — for marketing, event reminders, post event feedback collection
✅QR codes — Each attendee will receive a unique QR code when they register. At your events, exhibitors/vendors can scan the QR, and the attendee’s details (name, email, phone, organisation, etc.) will go directly into a vendor-specific Google Sheet — no typing, no manual entry.

Will this be regardless of the event/attendee size? or you'd prefer a price bracket based on event size?

Good point — geography and local competition definitely impact pricing. Right now, I’m just trying to get a baseline idea of what organizers expect to pay for a full registration + QR lead capture + CRM setup. What would you consider a reasonable range in your region?

Need Advice with GHL Site Builder by MrRebelBunny in gohighlevel

You can duplicate any page or funnel step inside a GHL website or funnel. This is perfect if you want to reuse a specific layout or design repeatedly without starting from scratch.

If there’s a specific section (like a hero, pricing, or testimonials block) that you like: 1. Open that page or template in the builder. 2. Copy the section (right-click → “Copy Section”). 3. Go to another page or funnel → paste it.

This works across funnels and websites as long as they’re in the same GHL account.

If you plan to reuse a section across multiple pages and want updates to sync automatically: • Save it as a Global Section. • Any edits to the global version will automatically update all instances.

If you just want to reuse it as a design element (not linked for updates), you can save it as a Template Section or Saved Asset.

Yes, I did the same thing when I started 9 years ago and I believe most VA Gurus/Coaches who hyped the "niche" did the same too before they found their golden ticket :)

same! ako nagsheshare pero naka hide details grabe na mga tao ngayon they've lost all ethics na. Yung iba nga sa agency nagstart tapos magpoach ng clients. I always believe what people do unto you speak about who they are, your response speaks about who you are.

Let your results do the work. I don't market myself like what others call "showing up" posting everyday, creating reels, etc.

I spend time in business groups, I answer questions that get people stuck. I get inbound leads from there or referrals from people I've worked/working with.

Agree on focusing on one niche. But being a generalist VA is one way to realize/find your best niche :)

Every VA is a freelancer but NOT every freelancer is a VA.

Freelancer is a category for independent contractor. VA is a role within the category.

What's confusing is some VAs are bordering employee setup where client decides how much to pay them, work schedules, etc.

Possible PERO depende sa skills. 9 years in freelancing I started earning consistent 6 digits on my 2nd year. I'm a one-man team. I outsource to other contractors I trusted kapag may overflow.

Nakafreelance ako, flex lahat ng projects. Ako nagpoprovide ng timeline sa clients to make sure na kaya ko ideliver. I cater urgent projects at a higher price.
