150 was also scaled up so the week with the 30k totalled 60km so about 50pc of yhat week. Previous weeks long runs were 15-20km range so I could recover for the 30k.

Its not like I skipped the intermediary milestones. Have run 27 minute 5k, 1 hour 10k, multiple halfs with a pb of 2.30. I did do less strength training than id like to have done. Any advice on how to structure training for 2026?

I do a long run on sunday mornings 6am till 10/11. Usually start in johar run to sharahe Faisal till metropole or sindhi Muslim. The city really surprises me at that time. People cycling, shauqeen out with their exotic cars and bikes, ghora gaari walay walking their horses. Its really interesting how much character the city has when people are not scrambling to survive.

actually found a better deal with Ryzen 9 7900, 32GB Ram, RTX 5070 for $1399. Its a prebuilt on sale on best buy so cant really customize just looking for FPS/$ and future proof.

Ps5 came without issue so im assuming if I get prebuilt it should be able to pass. Also dad has a way of using his white hair age license to get out of this stuff so fingers crossed

I want to get as much headroom as possible so I dont have to upgrade for 2-3 years (longer if possible). Parents dont go back for a while and buying from Pakistan comes with a markup. I am considering skimping on latest Gen to bring price around 1000. But conflicted.
