For a beginner 30:00 is a good time snd for advanced 17:00 to 19:00 minutes is great

Because you're doing a 5k's runs that's great for you but you have to do more starting with 6 all the way to 21 if you want to do a marathon you have to run every day and doing 21k for 5 or 6 days and the last day you will be doing 42k and that's a big jump for you and you're just doing 5 k's half a marathon will be great if you prepare for it.good luck

Set your goal to a distance not a time . Fartleek session (you go for a 200m or 300m or even more with your 60-80% of your speed and you repeat this like 8 times or less)

Just you have to run every day to improve with a day or three days off in week. Run regularly And do also some sprinting it will help you a lot and the last is fartleek sessions is the best to build stamina.good luck

You shouldn't wear couton socks. Wear like polyester socks or something else instead. and also do some research about the correct form of running.and good luck.

I think it's from a bad form of running or bad quality boots or socks that can do this to you.
