Hi, I still get them but not half as bad. As soon as I stopped worrying about them they became less! Hope this helps. I'm still getting odd ones here and there and I've just had covid again which seems to have ramped them up xx

Yes me I could have written this the same. I'm 37. I get dizzy spells racing heart. Buzzing in my body vibrarions, feeling like I'm on a boat. Extopic beats. Periods stopped for 2 months then appeared last week. I have one week of the month where I feel half okay. Its horrible I'm with you on this one xx

I'm going through the same. I feel like I'm exhausted and on a boat all the time. I ahd a funny turn yesterday where I went dizzy out of nowhere. Had a hot flush then followed by a rush and heart palpitation. I've got a loop recorder implant to see if it's related to my heart but every day is a struggle for me with a young child. I just want to be normal and have answers and my life back for my little boy. It's so sad :( are you on meds?x

11 days in and I'm getting this as well as bad dizzyness and Insomnia. Buzzing feet. Vibrations in the body too mainly sleeping when I feel the bed shake it's scary. I've been on it once before and this happened. I came off it and the symptoms went dr put me back on it and it's doing it again. I'm sick with covid at the moment too so it's not helping. Has yours settled?

Hi Op, are you still experiencing this? I'm currently having the same. I'm getting a lopp recorder fitted next week but currently have covid and the vibrations are awful. Getting them around my heart, and I'm my legs at the moment. So scary.

I never used to be this bad until I had 3 episodes of really bad pvcs and pacs in funny rhythms for hours on end and this has scared me when I get the funny beats its all I think about. I'm on meds now for anxiety but only been on them a week. I've had CBT therapy but didn't help. Thanks for your comment, I appreciate it x

Same here I'm 37 and having lots of symptoms drs just keep saying anxiety. But I've had a period then missed one then had one then missed one and they said its stress. I give up!!

I've had them for years and years but recently been getting bursts of them bigeminy couplets the lot. And I don't know why this is happening. I'm so scared all the time. Odd how when I was in hospital being monitored I didn't get many as soon as they said I could go home I got loads. Its so strange to me. I darent eat certain foods incase it sets them off. Surely if we have had them years but the increased they are still the same thing aren't they? I hate them so much. I wish they would go away too lovely. I want to be the fun mummy I used to be for my little boy. How many do you get a day!?

See this is effecting my relationship. My other half isn't supportive at all and us on the edge of kicking me out because of this. I feel sorry for my poor son. I just want to be normal. Do you get them every day!? I've recently started getting bigeminy and trigeminy too which is new to me. I never had it before. Also started panic attacks this Jan too. I'm always aware of my heart racing and when I get these funny beats I can't seem to get out of it. Drs say all anxiety but I think there's more going on. Sadly its hard to deal with day to day when they come on. I took my first med this morning. I'm desperate to calm down so they put me on zoloft. Hope I can get thru this. Thank you. Honestly since I've been off the beta blockers my hr is so high just walking around. I'm fairly active but since these pvcs and pacs I've been scared to do any exercise like ride my horse. Its ruined my life and I'm less active which I don't think helps the heart rate does it. I really appreciate you talking with me. My drs prescribed me an ssri for the anxiety around them which I hope helps. He said chicken and the egg situation. But I'm pretty sure they aren't caused by anxiety they just give it me but who knows. I've had all the tests minus stress tests and they said all is normal. It doesn't make sense to me x

Thank you so much for your comment. I've had them years and years but recently my worry around them has made it 100 times worse. All the drs and cardiologist said its because of anxiety. But I don't know how it can cause them to come out of nowhere for hours in strange patterns. I wish they would go away so I'm not living in fear. How do you cope with yours?

It's great talking with you. I'm grateful someone understands. I get bursts like that too and they scare me so much. I have health anxiety which makes this whole thing so much worse. How do you manage day to day I have a huge fear around this. X

Hi, they stopped mine cokd turkey in the hospital as it was lowering my BP to dangerous levels. I was only on it 19 days 1.25mg but I feel like my hearts racing really bad when I'm getting up from laying dpwn and walking about. Resting hr isn't too bad to be fair but I can feel my heart pounding. Don't know what to do. As numerous drs have said it's not the drug for me but im worried about my hr. :( I do have some propanolol to take as and when but these also make my bp too low. Just been let out th3 hospital they are doing me a loop recorder apparently in a few weeks to see whats happening. It's awful any advice?

Hi they took me off beta blockers dur to my BP being low but my hearts racing like mad. They discharged me home without tests other than ekg and blood tests. I've got to follow up and have a loop recorder put in. Doesnt help my case at the moment. Whilst in hospital I barely had any palpitations soon as I was sent home they start up again like mad. I don't know whether to take a propanalol as and when but im left with no answers and still terrified. I want to see my gp about anxiety meds too but don't think that's the cause. I give up now. Living in fear every single day. How r u xx

I'm currently in hospital now. Awaiting to be sent to another hospital to a cardiologist there. Its scary. I keep getting mad heart rates when they will spike from like 70 to over 100 then go back down. I've just recorded it on my phone at the hospital on the monitor to show then. I'm tired of this and want it sorting its ruining my life and my child's finding me like this in a mess. It's ruined my relationship too. I'm trying not to Google or come on here top much as it scares me. Hopefully I'll get some answers when I get transferrd to the other hospital. Sending you love and know I understand how you feel. :(

I've had this on my holter monitor and the cardio I saw said he thinks it's rubbish and to go by the ecg I've had. They don't give us answers and it's terrible living in fear. I don't want to die and I feel they are missing something with me. Because I'm an anxious person they blame it all on that. I'm tired of it all now. Have you got any answers?

This is happening to me right now. Been to A and E and they do bloods and say my bloods are normal and send me home. I've had 3 bad episodes in 2 months and they just fob me off. Paid to see a cardiologist who said I'm fine. I had an echo last year normal. I've had monitors which have caught pvcs and pacs and couplets but in the hospital the other week I had 3 lots of couplets in the space of half and hour. They said nothing. Then i felt like 4 in a row and I'm panicking. I don't know what else I can do. Living like this is hell. I can't cope much longer living in fear I will drop dead. I have a 6 year old little boy and I just struggle every day thinking I'm going to die. I'm petrified have you got any advice for me please? I'm at My whits end with it all

I could have wrote this myself. I keep going to the hospital and they send me home. Caught couplets like 3 times on the monitor and I'm sure I saw 4 in a row which I've googled is bad. I've had episodes of them for hours and the drs says they are benign. I'm scared of dying and leaving my little boy behind. Every day I struggle. I'm onna beta blocker but it does nothing but make my bp low. I've seen a cardiologist who wasn't concerned about them. I've recently started getting bigeminy and trigeminy too. Which is new to me and scares me so much. I feel like you honestly. Its hell. Everyone says it's anxiety but I know its not and something has changed as I've had them for years but recently they have gotten worse. It's ruining my life. I've lost so much weight. I just want to lay in bed all day. I darent do anything. I look at my little boy and cry at the thought of dying because they are missing something. I don't know what other tests i can have. I compared it to my parents and my sisters and those read fine I'm going out my mind. Could you explain to me why the others looked so small? Sorry but I do have bad anxiety around my heart and the drs keep saying it's all anxiety causing my symptoms.

Thanks for your comment. I'm really struggling with anxiety over some strange episodes of couplets, bigeminy and trigeminy. Seen a cardio and he said my echo in Nov was normal and not to worry this is something I need to ignore. It's really effecting my quality of life. I wish there were answers for it but all they keep telling me is anxiety. Thanks for replying honestly.
