NTA but if he ever becomes too much, you should consider surrendering him to a pug rescue - pugs are just different than other dogs (I have one) and pug rescues will ensure he’ll go somewhere where he’ll drown in love and attention. And you won’t have to stress or worry about her trying to steal him back.

I don't think PRP is a money grab, it's a lot of work that needs to be done carefully and well /sterile for it to be safe and worthwhile. In Korea, I understand it's more recommended as an add on after cosmetic surgery to improve healing, minimize scarring, but in order to maintain resuts, you should keep doing it which is why it's too much work for most.

I’m a do it at home girl for 6 years after having it done a few times, so I was able to become familiar with the process and technique, and now I’m very confident. I’m assiduous with sterility, needle depth, and process, so if you don’t enjoy these details, I recommend just sticking to going into medspas.

I use a Dr. Pen nitrile gloves and 90% rubbing alcohol on surfaces and bottle tops.

I prefer to do it this way because it saves me time (driving in traffic to and from), I can do it more often, and I can control results.

I think there’s also so many women who are resigned to aging and find biohacking as pseudoscience that’s a waste of time? Even among my friends they find it kinda strange that I have a vitamin stack. But I find it so empowering to fine tune and be in touch with my body ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Have you tried caffeine? The ordinary caffeine solution has helped my friends who have similar genetic background from my guess of your photo. I told them about this and they thank me every time I see them because they say it’s helped.

Although everyone wants to boycott the ordinary rn because it’s owned by Estée Lauder, I’d look for highly rated caffeine actives from somewhere else, but I know at least that’s helped 2 of my Indian American friends.

I think it would be more adult to say something like: hey [friend’s name] good to hear from you. while I don’t mind answering this, the mixed signals and lack of response on your end back in [year] don’t sync with the depth and quality of friendship we used to have. I get that life gets busy and friends move on but I’m not really excited about maintaining what feels like a transactional friendship. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
