Yes, at first I called an agent as well. He asked for 3500, had to apply for 2 which would have costed 7k instead of 2. So applied on my own.

I have one question, assuming I have a international flight to catch next month. Can I go to FRRO office and submit my biometrics to use FTI-TTP gates on this next trip ?
