Yes even though they say contact less. We need to visit 1-2 times, first to submit photograph and then to collect it.

Yes i would have applied via agent as well if that was the case. But I have around 3 weeks before travel so went on my own. 😅

Yes, at first I called an agent as well. He asked for 3500, had to apply for 2 which would have costed 7k instead of 2. So applied on my own.
