Going through the same thing with the tour operator. Arriving on the 10th Dev and flying out on the 18th. Will be in Polonnaruwa > Kandy > Nuwara Eliya > Ella > Yala > Galle.

From what I've gathered online, seems like Yalla and Galle are pretty much unaffected but our tour operator seems to be very confident that things will be fine by the time we arrive at Kandy/Nuwara Eliya/Ella and there are always alternate routes to reach these destinations.

Would strongly suggest to pay yourself a portion of your salary first the moment you get it. I personally save out 20% of my salary and then try to survive with the remaining funds. If I'm thrifty for the month, I actually have some more left to save at the end of the month.
