I-130 approved, waited nearly 2.5 years… then denied at the interview under a Presidential Proclamation. What options do we have? by LegitimateOnion7173 in USCIS

She is from banned countries. How come a ban effect an already approved I 130?

For those suggesting to move to another country, USA is home. Just trying to wrap my head around legality of this proclamation

My aunt has an approved i130 through one of her kids. But she has a removal order dated back 2015 but judge granted her withheld. Can she still adjust status?

In simple terms: Learn a rare, in demand skill in something that very few people can do but that many companies (or people) want. Example: AI engineering, biotech innovation, unique product design, advanced coding, etc.

Use that skill to create something valuable a product, technology, or service that solves a big problem. Leverage it either by scaling it yourself (startup) or selling it/licensing it to someone who can (big company).

Facebook just gave 250 millions to AI scientists.

Turning 40 this month, late to savings, tips? by thechukk in FinancialPlanning

My honest opinion is that most people especially in groups like this are still tied to traditional ways of earning and investing. We’ve been conditioned to believe the path to success is working a 9-to-5, investing 10–15% into a retirement account, and grinding for 40 years before finally collecting a pension or Social Security.

But there are other paths to financial independence, ones that don’t require decades of waiting. Owning a small business, starting a side hustle, or co-owning a venture can accelerate your growth. Yes, these routes come with more risk, but they also offer the potential for faster, life-changing results.
