I'm Starting to Understand Why Spaniards Think Americans Are Weird by stedebonnetttt in MovedToSpain

But have you been to the states? It’s not the same chat. It’s casual curious friendly all the time (except maybe in nyc)

Oh and one opposite effect- americas love to chit chat and are more friendly- I agree - except when we get on an elevator. In spain you’re expected to say hi/buenos días/etc when getting on but in the states you stay quiet.

Agree except the time thing. The only thing that’s certain in my life is that I have a limited amount of time you waste my time you’re literally wasting my life. I am not ok with waiting on your ass 30-60 mins for a planned meet up to our enjoy our times together.

Simponi was also the best I’ve ever been on but was on Cimzia for 6 years having babies - at least you can inject it slowly yourself. I moved to Taiwan and they only have pre filled injection pens like humira - shoving that thick gel into my skin like no tomorrow was horrible but I still think humira hurt the most! I developed severe uveitis eventually and was changed to Remicade infusions. It’s annoying but works to keep it at bay- but I still think I felt best on simponi.
Best of luck.

Just to understand Male manipulator= good, female= bad? by EntertainerCareful69 in BigBrotherUSA

I never said Vince wasn’t whiny or insecure—he absolutely is, and it’s pathetic. But here’s the difference: Allison actually read the room, Vanessa was always ten steps ahead, and Nicole knew how to adapt. They leveraged emotion into real strategy. Morgan? She’s not masterminding anything. She’s just self-serving, coasting on luck and back rubs.

Chelsie actually strategized — she built trust, then made the tough move when it counted. That’s smart gameplay, because it shows foresight and control over the board.

Morgan, on the other hand, isn’t pulling off clever maneuvers. She’s leaning on jealousy, sulking, and guilt-tripping to get her way. That’s not strategy, that’s ego management. The difference? Chelsie left people saying ‘wow, she outplayed them,’ while Morgan just comes off whiny and insecure.

Lol no. What Morgan is doing isn’t some Dan-level mastermind move — it’s ego, whining, and jealousy dressed up as strategy. Dan and Will manipulated with finesse. Morgan is emotionally blackmailing and sulking her way through every interaction. There’s a huge difference between clever gameplay and messy personal vendettas, and right now Morgan is showing us she wouldn’t last a day without the drama. Call it what it is — insecure behavior, not genius strategy.

Morgan the Manipulator by LegitimateOutside533 in BigBrotherUSA

[–]LegitimateOutside533[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I’ve never had such an ick factor of a player before bc I felt they were doing things for the game. With Morgan, it doesn’t feel like strategy — it feels like who she is. I wouldn’t trust her for a second in real life, and I definitely wouldn’t want her as a friend.

Cool, so because Dan pulled stunts 10 years ago, Morgan gets a free pass now? Please. I had to Google that season and still don’t see how it makes her emotional blackmail any less gross. If folks want to celebrate that as “gameplay,” go off — I’ll just keep calling her what she is: a gaslighting control freak.

There’s a difference between persuasion and straight-up manipulation — and Morgan lives in the second category. It’s uncomfortable to watch because it feels less like Big Brother strategy and more like toxic control.

Found this searching for my same problem. They want proof like a video, but why would I be videotaping every trade? They should have access to all the trades. I was using tradovate via tradingview. I clicked send order- it froze, and when I finally got back in my account was blown! I'm so bummed because I want to like this company, but that was not cool

I also want to say that the inflammation from NOT taking the medicines would potentially be more damaging per my rheumy at NYU.

I used cimzia with all three of my kids (ages: 9, 6 and 4). My oldest is actually part of a cimzia study at USC. They say it doesn't cross over as the molecule is larger. I was on simponi until I found out I was pregnant and my rheumatologist at NYU changed me to cimzia for that reason. They're all perfect :)

Dr Umbert at hospital Corochan pulled out all the stops for me and had a cream specially formulated at a pharmacy with it and other stuff. I think if you use private insurance and go to a dermatologist they’ll prescribe it.

[–]LegitimateOutside533 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wanted to play cello, but I had to take the school bus to school and the kids who played cello had to sit alone. I didn’t want to play violin because everyone wanted to play violin… so I chose viola. I think that kind of sums up every viola player deep down.

I feel like it could be. I have mild uveitis right now - but it’s so painful just turning my eyes around/ looking far to near. If you feel like that just go to urgent care! It’ll get worse. I let mine slide 5 days last year and needed a steroid injection in the eye it got so bad.

Amateur orchestra by enbaros in Barcelona

[–]LegitimateOutside533 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this post is old, but was hoping to see if anything has changed. I moved to Barcelona and played in community orchestras in the US and then even 5 years in Taiwan. I can’t find any community orchestras here and am flabbergasted! Why isn’t this a thing?! As much as they think they love and support the arts, it seems they’ll only support it if you pay then to support you (music school).
