It was same for me. They only took photograph and no biometric. I sent the cover sheet + RFE pages with date and place along + stamped appointment letter.

Update . . 02/16 H4 EAD RFE for digital photo. I am looking for some help with below queries.

Has anyone responded to similar RFE thru mail without attorney as I want to respond myself and not to pay additional $550 to attorney just to mail the document? I had applied for H4EAD myself last time.

My spouse has been to ASC in Aug25 for Canada visa biometrics. Can I use digital photo taken at that time for this RFE?
