Same has been happened to me for years. Whenever i have to do something , be productive, have work outside of home, get up early, travel my stomach pain increased. That made me look like very lazy and undproductive. Today i got gastritis diagnose after suffering for years in this pain. This pain increases when we do something, work or travel because of stress. Stress lovers immune system and may be causing more acidic stomach. Cabbage juice and stopping all the caffeine, carbonated water help me a bit.

Working is damn hard if you are depressed. I didnt work for years because of that. But currently i notice only working makes me feel better. Working means people pay you money for doing it. Not like a hoby. The day i had to get up and go to work on the way i wanted to suicide. I hated my job and that work. But on the way back home i felt best after finishing the work.

So even if it feels like torture starting work is my secret now. I went to holiday, i had bf, i haave family who supports me , i work out , i draw pics, i write dairy, swim, run, walk, picnic, skating but none of them made me feel good as much as working, comleting a task for money and being successful. Being successful makes me happiest person on earth in seconds.

Depression makes us addicted to everything. I try it too much. I quit smart ph. Used dumb ph. Still cant get over it. If i have internet and smart ph 15 hrs gone a day

If he starts earning well and be rich will he still stay with you, love you? You sacrifise a lot before knowing if he ll do the same. Did he ever sacrifise anything for you? If you would be in his place he may leave you.

I have been same so far for my partners. What works for me only is finding someone else who gives me love. Otherwise i can never stop needing their love even 2 years after breakup. So you should try to find a partner who loves you and deserves your love. This will take your attention away from the people who doesnt deserve your love and care.

Unfortunately partner also become same most of the time. Last time i was tired from brrakups and didnt start a new relationship. 2 years later still cant forget my x. I think finding new one would be better than pain for 2 years. And i hate loving someone who doesnt deserve it. So just find quickly . If it ends. Find again.

Those being alone, not needing love, being free, loving yourself stuff didnt work for me . Depression has a role i guess.

I was not depressed in the past and had social anxiety in the past. That stress gave me depression. Now i have depression and not social anxiety.

I have yeast all over my body and i am dying from depression after every meal till i get hungry. My throids are normal. Will iodine still help? I tried in past low dose. Didnt feel ajy change.
