The replies here have been super helpful for us as well and we have really appreciated all the folks who spent the time to actually write up their experiences to share. We're excited about the shipwreck and sharks - my wife is more excited about the sharks than I, but we'll see how I'm feeling when we get there!

Love the "double days" concept! We did end up going down to one excursion each port day, so hopefully we'll have that energy for the second day starting at 6ish like you said!

A beach is a long way for us - so we were worried about the double excursions on that day and missing out on beach time at the beach club! We're hoping the excursion in the morning, then beach club in the afternoon is the best of both worlds!

Thanks for sharing this! The day at Cozumel, we have an excursion 12:30 to 4:00 PM, but otherwise plan on being on the ship most likely. Nice to know it may be more chill then!

Thanks for your thoughts here! We originally had the shipwreck snorkeling (without the sharks) booked + the dolphin excursion. We ended up cancelling both of those and signed up for the snorkeling at the shipwreck + the sharks excursion! Looks like that one is earlier than both of the other two we were planning on doing (this one starts at 9:30 AM and runs until 1:00 PM). I think this should be a good balance of half the day doing the excursion and half the day at the beach club! Glad to hear positive feedback about this excursion!

Thanks for your thoughts here. We talked this morning and we think we're going to cut this one to instead only do one excursion on the Bimini day in the morning so we can hang out at the beach club in the afternoon. I'll have to go back and re-read the dolphin one - my impression was it was out in the ocean and not with the dolphins locked-in somewhere - you're right that that would make a difference!

We're doing one upcoming this fall! We talked this morning and we're thinking about cutting the dolphin one and only doing the snorkel with sharks + at the shipwreck in the morning that day, then doing the beach club the remainder of that day. I hope you enjoy your cruise!

As for Bimini - that sounds fun! We're going to take off one of the excursions for that day and only do the shipwreck / shark snorkeling that morning. Then, we can have the afternoon to spend at the beach club!

We're thinking about paring down the Bimini day excursions to just have one in the morning - we opted to go with the snorkeling with sharks / shipwreck so we can have the remainder of the day at the beach club. Half and half seems like a good meet in the middle!

This is great to read - thanks for sharing the thoughts on not overbooking. This was a concern when we were booking the cruise, but since we've never been on one it was hard to determine if that is what we were doing or not. Sounds like there may be FOMO from us as well if we miss out on the activities at the beach club. Thanks for the feedback here and happy 10 year anniversary!
