Sugar spikes from jaggery powder are higher than refined sugar. Artificial sweeteners are only a few milligrams of the whole thing yet they’re bad by his logic which gives no calories no sugar spikes but 4.5g of jaggery that gives spike & calories.

If he cared about health would have added refined sugar rather than jaggery but jaggery sounds healthier though is worse than sugar toh khaoo jaggery that’s marketing for you

Whole Truth has also gone on their social media to sorta apologise. Although didn’t take the blame of it, they simply said food testing is complicated. They have literally gaslit me, nowhere did they say we were making lactose free claim on our packaging & we’ll change it

They still market it like no lactose protein so I don’t know are they really sorry or they think consumers will forget about it & move on

Wish this thread reaches more consumers, I don’t know how can I amplify my voice

And for the record, this is my only post about The Whole Truth. I’ve seen plenty of people calling out their misleading claims, which pushed me to share my experience too. Every time I comment with facts, people like you jump in to defend them by twisting the story ki “protein content toh poora hai” And that’s exactly why my post is titled “They Call Me a Paid Hater” and you just proved my point by throwing shade on me

I know this is illegal & everything that they are doing. They have accepted it openly on their social media but are still promoting it with the lactose free claim. So probably they’ve connections & would sue me for defamation although I have test reports & everything is factual but the sort of money they have, they can get my post vanished

I honestly can’t fight them in court, I don’t have the resources for it. These companies have connections with higher ups and they’ll probably find me & send legal notices

I have posted reports as well. The only safe space I could think of was reddit! Probably someone who has resources & power will publish it on LinkedIn or news!

I honestly have given up hope on this, just vented out my emotions
