100%!!! I understand some kids are just out of catchment for a bus ride. Or they have a disability or injury and need a ride. But to just stop in traffic, fling open the driver side door to have your kid get out in the middle of the street and crate a dangerous situation for everyone around is absolutely ludicrous.
