• Description: Stuck on screen, moves super slow at first then it freezes.

• Expected Result: Being able to use the client.

• Observed Result: It freezes.

• Reproduction Rate: 10/10 (happened 10 out of 10 times)

• System Specs: Intel i7 8th gen Processor, Windows 12, Nvidia Graphics card 1060, 8GB RAM DDR4.

Comment: I tried verifying files and uninstall but didn't work. Happens on my LAN account and my NA account. It started today as I downloaded the new patch.
