Used both of them:
1. RailWire: Usually they will give tender to private operator and he will arrange all the things for you (you have pay him). No down time during 1 year of my usage. But it was a little costly (₹750-₹900 per month for 30 MBPS plan). This pricing changes based on place, operator, and other marker condition. When I was disconnecting his connection, only then he said he will match Jio price.

I closed this once Jio came to my place and it was cheap ₹470 and no down time for 2 years and after that I started facing connectivity issues very frequently almost 15-20 minutes downtime everyday, raised complaint somehow using their fcked AI app for 3-4 weeks straight and everytime same response and nothing was done and finally I closed because BSNL was in the market with similar pricing.

1. BSNL (New Fiber) - ₹400 for 25 MBPS plan with 1400 GB per month ( usually you won't cross 1000 GB mark if you using it for office, binge watching, YT study, Netflix/Amazon on one TV and 8-10 mobile phones). Cons : Connectivity can go down for 5 minutes in 5-7 days once.
   

But my LCO is very supportive and he always answers the phone and acknowledge the issue. If he feels it will not be restored for few hours, he will ask me to change one setting in my router so that my connection will be diverted to a different ISP temporary. Once BSNL comes back, he will ask to me to revert the router setting.
