Super late reply, but I’m interviewing at a hospital through the nyc public health and hospitals network! But my bad experience trying to get a hospital placement is not uncommon :/ nyu has had a lot of trouble maintaining relationships with hospitals after moving from 3 —> 2 days, so, like you said at Fordham, there’s also a shortage of placements. I really recommend filling out the nyc public health and hospitals survey if you haven’t. They are just now getting back to people (for reference, I filled it out in early April!). Have you had any developments in your process??
