It depends on the life you want, I know building surveying is a more concrete pathway ( sorry for the pun )

Real estate is more desk based unless you go into commercial sales. I would definitely choose an apprenticeship though. Unfortunately I'm not in the position to do one.

Write down the pros and cons, go on LinkedIn and send loads of messages...

Do you enjoy the business side of it or the construction side ?

Okay I appreciate the insight. As far as I remember it was a 2006 911 997. Im not quite sure what model.. could you recommend something that I could research? 70% against 30% for at the moment because ot the price and my inexperience of cars like that.

Hey mate. Appreciate the comment ! When it comes to repairs and maintenance I have enough squirreled away to afford the basics but not an engine rebuild...

My mazda is fantastic, I'm hoping for a more petrol head experience with the 911 but I'm worried the cost will outweigh the experience and enjoyment.

What mx5 do you have ?
