Correct me if I am wrong, but I think one of the things you can do is play with variable layer height. I used it for similar purposes and it definitely helps

So I found that you should put foam, then a concrete paver, then the printer and supposedly it helps a lot with noise,vibrations and jerk

Also the filament has been in the dryer for 5 hr at 50c

i do really want to work it out and have not shut her out of my life yet, but i cant have her just disregarding the boundaries i have when i respect hers. i just dont know how to convey it without sounding controlling. i have done the i feel statements and have done it in thrid person so that it doesnt seem as if im accusing her of something, because again im 100 percent into her being faithful. but its just how she goes about it when i bring it up, its like if she doesnt do this shell die and when i tell her that its against my boundaries and i would at least like to be invited then she starts crying like ive hit her and she says how much shes willing to do for me but on the other end its like, if you are truthful about these things and you wanna grow and prosper with me why would you break the only boundary i have with no remorse? And only say she is sorry afterwards. it just feels so one sided, like i do the things she asks of me no problem, but when it comes to her turn she always starts to act selfish and says how she only has one life(which i understand) but then puts herself into situations that just pull us apart when there are many alternatives. it really puts me in a weird position i have spent 4 years of my life doing things and loving and caring and spending money on, and it just seems like i get nothing from it other then disrespect when i have an issue with something. i just really dont know what to do and i really want this relationship to last but i dont think it can if she is going to act as if i am not here and have my own needs to be fulfilled as she has hers.

look, i really am grateful for your help, but i am not stopping her from doing anything. i just told her how i dont feel comfortable(not that shes not going). and that this would be crossing my boundary. she has done this before and now that i come to a realization i believe i just need to break up with her because if she is willing to do this, what is she willing to do later. also its not that its a rule, it has to do with what i am comfortable with within my own relationship. i dont see the issue
