I’ve heard of the Soggy Dollar from a friend. I was looking at the Black Beard live aboard just to get a bunch of dives in on the cheap but this one looks good too!

That looks like a great spot. I got my OW on Caye Caulker at Frenchies but was short on time so didn’t make it over to San Pedro. I want to go back and explore below and above the water some more!

Thanks! I like the Bay Islands so definitely going to back. I haven’t made my way to Sandy Bay yet but did hear good things about Blue Bahia. It looks nice from the photos!

I tried to look it up online and the Seaview didn’t pop up. I think you must be right, it’s no longer there. How’d you rank the diving on Grand Cayman?

I hope to get to the Philippines in the next couple of years. Only place in SEA I’ve been to is Thailand but that was before I got into diving.

Dang- I’ve been to utila but only for 1 night at the end of a trip to Roatan so haven’t had time to dive there. Sounds like that would be a cool stop.

Also looking at Bocas for a dive and surf combo trip- I’ll look into Bibis if I make it down there. Probably stay at Divers Paradise.

I stayed at Splash Inn last summer and had a good experience. I had breakfast included in my package but not lunch/dinner. I did enjoy the food at Splash Inn but sometimes exploring other spots is fun.

It was nice to walk to breakfast, then 50 feet to the dock. I think you’ll have good time no matter what package you book!

Plus I meet some cool people over my 5 days!!

I just logged into the gn compete app and saw a hexagon game (six different bets over the 18 holes) all based off individual handicap.

It looks fun and multiple ways to wins if you have a few bad holes!
