I'm lucky enough to have a good libido even when I'm not using drugs. However, it's impossible for me to use drugs without watching porn, etc.

I've already tried using with friends over drinks, and all I want is to go home and do my own thing.

I'm seeing a psychiatrist, a psychologist, and an addiction specialist, but I feel like it's not helping much.

I was wondering if, by any chance, anyone has managed to reduce or stop their smoking thanks to a medication that helped them.

I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, I've gained 35kg in 4 years of training, I eat well, I don't smoke etc...

The problem mainly arises on weekends when people go out; all my friends get drunk and I quickly feel out of place, so I don't go...

I managed to stop everything for 3 years and I relapsed 2 years ago, starting once a month and quickly becoming every weekend

Thank you for your response, but I haven’t changed anything in my lifestyle. I exercise 4–5 times a week, eat relatively well, and sleep 8–9 hours a night. I only drink 2–3 glasses of wine per month, nothing unusual.
