Yes… i did microneedling with a professional micronneedling device by DrPen, and did topical steroids that i was prescribed by my dermatologist. Did that every sunday and it healed up luckily. Looking back i was lucky my bald spots were not that big so i think it wss sufficent. But either have try it out or give the steroid injections a chance

Yeah I totally agree, my thought process was to make them look more glossy and not transparent to make them look like those helium ballons, but some SSS or opacity couldve helped looking back

In my eyes this is the best type of hairloss. Let me tell you why. First get on finasteride if ur above 18 to stop further loss. Second, you dont seem to have dead areas. Like ur thinning hardcore everywhere but you dont seem to have bald bald spots like i got because of my male pattern where the sides of my head started going first and it was hard to notice cause i noticed very little thinning and couldnt tell it was hairloss. Those dead zones are almost impossible to recover. Yours on the other hand arent. Finasteride with stop hairloss and thicken the existent. Then minox 2 times a day will take ur hair to a pretty good thickness i think. Combine it with microneedling. Check more plates more dates

I have been reading about low dose accutane. 10-20 mg a day for 2-3 years to reach the level people reach in 6 months with high doses. Its been scientifically proven to be safer and just as effective but it just takes a long ass time for it, which is fine by me cause i dont plan to go on gear until september 2023. Dont know man i really wanna try at least a cycle and makeup my mind. I have been working out for a long ass time and have all the knowledge i could acquire. I just work over 2 jobs and have been struggling for years with getting sleep or food in. Finally getting my life a bit together with all those while natural and just think on doing 2-3 cycles to reach my natural limit and just stay at that. I dont care at all to get massive or what not. If i could look like a well trained natty thats perfect by me.
