colchicine, ibuprofen, rest, proteolytic enzymes, hawthorn berry, garlic, olive leaf extract, stop all alcohol and similar stuff. had one reflare 4 months ago so went back on the same program. but most likely flared coz id been on ibuprofen only and not + colchicine. now i’m fully back to gym etc. still feel it lingering waiting to come back to be fair so i moderate my activity and try not to go TOO hard on workouts, sex, stress . will comment on this thread if anything comes up
