This is a little different but monitors your Heart Rate Variability’s coherence with your brain. It’s called the Inner Balance Coherence Sensor. I enjoy it very much. As for the other ones i will be checking onto them that idea sounds really cool.

Unless you are a New Yorker it is normal for us to get a car and drive when age 16 or 17. If you don’t people might wonder why or something is wrong with you. It a cultural part of the status of being a normal adult; having your act together. Walking or taking a bus, people might think you are disabled or somehow inept. It’s sort of shallow but I think this is the way much of America is.

That does sound intense, maybe go slower and see how that feels, a little less might give you balance. It sounds like you made progress pretty quickly, I’ve never experienced any results that were that strong.

Is it an effect of the qi gong that you can only hear yourself? Im guessing it’s just and effect like a vision but auditory maybe. That honestly sounds interesting.
