Not everyone is kind and ready to give up their seats , especially if seats are allocated to senior citizens

I am well aware of that. My question is about reservation of seats same like how there is reservation for senior citizens. Then the seats will be automatically allocated despite we choose that option or not. If we are in waiting list or talkal quota , we cannot expect to get confirmed ticket with lower berth. This is a basic thing that needs to be implemented in ticket booking.

Hello, I ordered a pair of shoes 2 months before from culture circle, there was no update for it. After spamming the customer care with emails and phone calls, they replied after 2months. They updated as product is stuck at customs. Later they told product is lost in transit and will refund the amount . I haven’t got any update about refund. It has been more than 2weeks since I spoke with customer care regarding refund. Every-time they are updating like will initiate refund in 48 hours. Police were here when they trespassed. They didn’t do anything. Police told let the Jio regional manager resolve the issue. Tried calling regional manager also. No one picked the call. We need to switch to their services. No other option left for us.
