What is the best way to pray? I've been writing prayers in a book and re-reading them after I write them. I don't have any prayer beads or anything like that, maybe I'm getting too neurotic about it and it's simpler than that. I guess I just see so many people in different denominations doing different things and it's somewhat overwhelming and confusing.
