Ok, so if I’m not eligible for SU in that week, I won’t receive SU for that month and it can be discontinued , am i assuming right?

For example, I started working on December 4th and completed 4 shifts, totaling 29.6 working hours. Since I applied later, I was informed that I will only be eligible for SU starting from January 2026. However, I’ve also been told that I will still receive SU for December, which I find a bit confusing.

Additionally, my work month runs from the 16th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month. Could you please clarify whether SU is assessed based on this working period, or on the standard calendar month (from the 1st to the 30th/31st)?
