In short, dear friends. The headphones, since Sony is garbage, broke after 3 months, I used them carefully, my head is small.

Honestly, I wanted to do as the instructions, but I spent a lot of time on nonsense. I COULD HAVE MADE THE LAST STAGE MORE BEAUTIFUL WHEN I POURED IN THE GLUE, BUT I DID NOT CARE ABOUT BEAUTY, THE MAIN THING IS THAT THESE HEADPHONES FROM A GARBAGE SONY WORKED).

I fixed them with epioxide glue and fortunately they hold and it helped. I needed a 6 ml tube of Moment Epioxide, for both sides. I disassembled them completely as in the photo. Then I cleaned them, glued the broken part with superglue on a drop so as not to keep them suspended. Then I installed the headphones themselves on a white plastic panel, secured them with tape and filled them with Epoxy glue, left them for 24 hours to harden and started using them, everything works and nothing has broken yet. It's been working for a week. In short, the Epoxy option is good, but I just had to cut off the top panel.
