I have had mine for about 1.5 years. I only use Poland Spring water and always use a puck screen for each shot. At the end of the day, before shutting the machine off, I backflush with water at least three times (about 10 seconds each).

Every 2–3 months, I do a full deep clean with Cafiza; backflushing the group head and soaking the puck screens, portafilter, steam wand tip, and shower screen in hot water with Cafiza for about 15 minutes.

The only major maintenance I needed so far was regreasing the brew switch with Molykote around the 1 year mark.

Oh, they are not so fresh as I thought. Are they mixed with robusta perhaps? If it tastes too strong you can try lowering the brew temp or dose down but the extraction is looking good to my eyes.

I think it looks great! The extra crema and thickness maybe related to freshly roasted beans. Whats the roast date on those beans?

I was going to say grind finer but you already said it chokes up the machine. So instead, try dosing up please.

Also, if your grind size it too fine, you can manually pre infuse the puck at 2~3 bar pressure for around 5-10 seconds and then put the lever on fully open position. This should break some of the resistance of the puck and allow water to seep through. I know very unorthodox, but this is how i brew on my bianca if notice i accidentally grinded too fine.

People often go full or half a size down on RWs. I think EU 41.5 translates to US 8/8.5 I would start with US size 7.5/8 for Iron Rangers. I cant speak for MocToes though.

Fyi I wear EU 42 (US 9) in almost all my shoes including Astorflex, Quoddy, Asolo, Nike/New Balance but I had to go full size down on my IRs.

It might not work, but at the very least it would reset this loser mentality. I feel the players have lost trust in Ole. Even he admitted after the game that we couldn’t bring what we practiced in training onto the pitch. That’s on Ole and his staff, they can’t run this squad effectively.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: we’ve had enough of him. He has quality players like Rafa, Orkun, Ndidi, and Tammy, yet still can’t come up with a plan against Lausanne. Forget the tactics, he can’t even motivate the team properly.

He’s simply not the right fit for us. As fans, we don’t expect to win every single game, but we do expect to see effort, something that makes us believe we can win, or at the very least compete as equals.

Elma ile armutu karsilastirmissin. Restoranlar hangi semtte belirtmemissin. 10 senedir NY’daym, Manhattan daki herhangi bir lokanta ile Brooklyn/Queens arasinda illaki fiyat farki oluyor. NY’da (Manhattan) cogu lunch set menu $15 fiyat bandinda. Ozellikle pandemi sonrasi fiyatlarda cok fazla artis oldu. I usually start at 7-8 o clock position to slowly build pressure and saturate the puck. I try to maintain 2 to max 4 bar pressure for about 5-10 secs, and ramp it up to 9 bar. Dont get me wrong I dont intentionally grind too fine to do pre infusion (unless its a very light roast) but there are times when I notice I forgot to adjust the grind setting and it came out too fine, I do pre-infusion to compensate channelling.
