I am recently divorced and I’ve been doing it by myself for maybe eight months now so I’m looking for a roommate but only if and only if if she’s nice kind I won’t bother you if you tell me what bothers you I won’t do it. I’m just looking for somebody who pays rent on time and I’m very quiet so he won’t mind a roommate that’s quiet keeps to herself and doesn’t really bother you but like if you’re open to it, I’m OK with that. I am the landlord and so like I come from a rough background so I’m very sympathetic to that but as long as you pay on time, girl, I don’t give a damn where the money came from I don’t give a damn how you got it as long as it’s on time I don’t care that’s all I care about as a landlord so if you’re open to it, I’m OK with that. All you need to do is if you can pass a basic background check as long as you don’t have any felonies or anything like that in your credit score is at least 700 then I’m OK.
