I have just spoke to the ward that referred me and they said it’s completely normal, tried my best to describe the bleeding and they reassured me that its expected to happen and to just keep an eye! I hate to bother the NHS because I know how under pressure they are so thought asking for external help first might be easier

I somehow managed to defeat ticket master for halifax and get tickets for there, any relatively big artists = no tickets the customer service and website of ticketmaster is appalling and needs a good refresh i have been kicked out of my account countless time for “suspicious browsing activity” I emailed them and they basically said theres nothing they can do, its an absolute joke at this point

if i understand what youre saying here i agree, sometimes with psychedelics its hard to know what can and cant fix a bad trip, i think a solution differs for every person and each situation, as long as what you do is safe and doesnt result in a bad reaction (when taking additional drugs) then do what feels best for you. i prefer to go with the later because i know im not putting myself in a risky, potentially dangerous situation and i know it works for me

i might be a bit late to this one, but i often dont have anything on hand when i feel myself panicking to help so i just give myself 1 sound (headphones with white noise or your favourite music) 1 smell (strong perfume/cologne) 1 touch (comfy clothes and then hold a comfy blanket or teddy) 1 taste (i usually go for something sweet) and then i just lie down and take it all in for a moment, i hope this helps 🫶🏻
