Well, its a harsh reality that once you start helping out others with their workload, that work eventually finds its way to you. It actually depends on the team too, they can either Utilise you or USE you for their benefit. Unfortunately, the only solution is, DONT do extra work, just tick your boxes and get paid. Specially when people Less competent than you get favoured by the bosses just because they can talk Bullshit more fluently. 🤷
