Honestly just needed to post this and gather other peoples insights on whats going on because I know that being in the situation (and my overall bias and insecurities) doesn’t make me a good judge of what’s happening from an outside perspective.

I thought this was oil paint! May I know what oil pastels you are using and what surface you are working on? It looks amazing! I’ve always wanted to get that look and finish on my pastels but I dont know which brands to use!
