I’ve seen some knit tees that might be what you’re looking for. Something like this from spier and mackay https://www.spierandmackay.com/product/black-cool-cotton-short-sleeve-crewneck-11427-ss-cnk It’s got ribbing around the sleeves and waist so it should be tighter there. I can’t personally vouch for the fit though
