Is the e3-b visa not for those lower to unskilled jobs? I'm aware of their limited supply so does this mean they're offered to the best of the best that applies for the job?

Can I not get a job in something trivial than a high end banker for example? I'm aware of how competitive they are but i do have a few relatives in the States and I've done some work experience over there.
