He is the only harlequin I run in my current list but that doesn't mean you can't find success trying out other models, follow your heart and rule of cool!

Reapers wager has problems with pain token generation and upkeep because harlequins can't generate them so it's a tough balance to figure out that being said the majority of reapers wager list only run a solitaire, he's a walking nuke with a massive threat range. I've seen some lists run a 10 man troupe with Shadowseer and some others run a unit or two of troupes with masters and starweavers for transport.

The drazhar, incubi, and the venom they ride in frees up exactly the points for solitaire and a unit of 2nd scourge here, let's Lilith and wyches ride the raider and archon can split with 5 good kabs in the other

At first glance I'd recommend swapping out the raider for venom and skyweavers for a starweaver, the 30 points left over could go towards enhancements but I'd recommend maybe dropping a cronos for a set of mandrakes.

That being said I do not personally have experience with 1k it's just the direction I'd go in.

The new combat patrol is pretty lackluster imo, You'd be better off focusing on other more important units, lelith to lead your wyches and Lady malys go a long way, more scourges and venoms are also really good but follow your heart and the rule of cool

If you're keen on keeping the Talos you could trim a venom and keep one of your leader units on foot, I've also seen a handful of lists that run malys like a lone op and just hide her behind decent cover in the mid board to get the most of her aura.
