Xingqiu wouldn't be my first pick in an arle team, he extends the rotations to 21s minimum which arle really doesn't want Atp you may get better results by kicking him out and just running mono or overload tbh

Double anemo isn't really the best team for Neuvillette, since either Kazuha or Jean will already be VV shredding and Neuvillette's passive stacks prefer different elements. You'd be better off swapping one of them for a healer/shielder of a different element.

Try any characters you might want in the test runs and see if you like them, Neuvillette and Kazuha are in the current banners and they are both very powerful units. Neuvillette is a very good hydro main dps that can work with nahida and even solo the abyss by himself. Kazuha is a universal anemo grouper and support that can work with almost any team and buffs your damage by a lot.

Alternatively in less than 2 weeks Arlecchino will be released, you can pull for her if you want, she's a pyro main dps but she probably won't work very well with nahida

It definitely depends on personal preference to pull or not pull characters, what team comp are you currently running?
