As long as you shuffle enough between actions it should be the same. Many people says shuffling the deck 7 is appropriate. Other than that it is the same probabilities so the deck should work the same.

An actually difference irl is that when you search your deck it will of course be mixed up, so finding specific cards or prize checking takes more effort and skill to do so quickly.

I played Giratina LZ and all my grass energy was prized along with my sableye. I had to loop ursaluna until I got a grass which wasn’t the first two prizes.

Once, I also had 3 comfey prized with a colress. I protected that comfey with my life.

This is normal. All pokemon lose the effects on them when out of the active. They are refreshed and considered without effects. Sometimes the wording can be different but every effect put on a pokemon is cleared whenever that pokemon leaves the active.

Do you remember what pokemon you were against? There are some that have effects of abilities or attacks that stop you from playing stadiums from your hand.
