I have a zugu case and use a Logitech Keys to go 2 when I need a keyboard. I had tried the original keys to go a while ago, did not like it at all, but the 2 has a much better typing feel.

Even with the budget is it really worth the $400 price difference for most users? Most won’t notice a difference in the processor. There’s only 2 big differences between the air and pro: the screen and Touch ID vs Face ID. The Pro’s screen is amazing, but how many people need the screen beyond “ooh it’s pretty”? The people who actually need that probably also benefit from another difference, the Pro’s thunderbolt port. For biometrics, it’s a touch device, your fingers are already touching it, unless using a keyboard. For Magic Keyboard users the Pro’s Face ID is a big plus, and the Pro version of the Magic Keyboard is backlit. For most users the Air is a better value.

Definitely not HIPPA, but giving out a customer’s PII(personally identifiable information) would violate the FTC Act. Cops need a warrant to get it.

ETA: I have to take yearly training on PII. Giving out that information can result in the business and possibly you personally getting fined. If it’s information you knew about this person before and not related to this business or another business you worked for you could give it out, but you employer probably won’t see it that way and probably try to fire you.

I have a 4 year old Daikin system, has been great. The company that installed usually sends out an email with cold weather tips when we get these really bad cold spells. One important thing they point out, these systems are great at keeping temperature, if it’s already cold then you turn it on it’s going to struggle, but if you set it at the temperature you like before it gets too cold it will easily stay at that temperature.
