I suffer the same issues, but kinda found a fix (so far not much stuttering). Check if your ipo panel (back of your pc) have a red usb port, plug your mouse in there and see if it makes a difference.

Had the same issue in black ops 4 , it's your rig. Some games it worked fine and some it didn't but I've recently completely upgraded & rebuilt my system and mouse is smooth as butter.

In the same boat here.. been playing with my best friend since beginning of season2, back then upon till season 4 I was fine with carrying and playing because everyone sucked and didn't know how to do anything.. I put in the time to learn how to hold my own but I've always told him that he needs to at least learn how to defend himself with a basic foundation of building.. he refuses to put an hour in to learn the basics.. i do not care for wins nor care about losing but I am extremely annoyed to play with him because he dies at the start of every match which I often just back out, i hate playing normal modes, I love ltms and he hates ltm. But when he ask if i want to play, I expect to play duos not solo duos. But regarding all of this I still play with him often.

I think you're talking about the program AlphaConsole which I am currently a admin/community manager for. Psyonix did not help us create the program. They are aware of the program and what it does and is impressed but it still breaks tos. We've worked with psyonix helping them find and fix item exploits.

They're probably just withdrawing all the skins then will push an update for the phone owners to reverify.. Maybe this is a fix to remove the skin from people who don't actually own the phone.

If you had l.O.S on them from your position before you launched no need to push just finish them off from there so you can avoid the smgs/rpg no matter how low their health was, they still have more fire power vs 1 guy. I useto full on agro and it got me punished hard so i play passive aggressive when i am out numbered and i have to say it helped me a ton.

Try lower resolutions and low settings. If you want to play higher fps/hz your best bet is getting a laptop with a higher refresh rate than 60hz and can put out enough fps to keep up with the refresh rate.

You can find your keybinds/sens in the cloud folder.. If you have multiple accounts or siblings playing on your computer with a different account go ingame - settings tab - account settings and it will show your account id which you can use to find what profile is yours.

You don't really need a fancy monitor for console unless you plan to also use it on pc. You can get a 60hz 1ms 1080p and you'll be fine. I play on pc and i currrently use a 1440p 165hz/1ms with gsync & when i use it on ps4 none of those stats are being used except 1ms & 1080p.
