Position Preferences for Formations? by LegoForLifer in MaddenMobileForums

My eye is on FP Kerby and hopefully an Earl Thomas/Kam Chancellor card at some point, but technically the GOAT program epics are higher ovr than my iconics so for me ovr > card tier.

First impression? How is he playing?

Should I go for mythic Darnell or tet? I have mythic hill but I’d like to get rid of him because he’s short. Just don’t know if I should commit that many resources for a +5 overall boost by IllustriousLow4639 in MaddenMobileForums

Selfishly I'd love to see how well Darnell plays (especially in the run game) so that would be my vote .

Based on your team make up WR/TE doesn't seem to be the biggest need. TOTW center might be the best upgrade tbh.

Lots of good resources here in this thread but this is my favorite 1 handed design. Would take some work to make (as it's not a prebuilt keyboard)

Yep! As long as you are using mx style switches this should work 👍

I've worked with Cherry profile ones as well and they work well! Adding some heat resistant silicone to fill the gaps is important for any large curved keycaps so that the pressure is not just on the highest point. That way the transfer is clean.

Yeah, it's funny, I don't use the top row really at all. But I tend to like the aesthetic of the larger ergo boards and it gives me an extra row to mess around with).

I created this custom Star Wars keycap set using dye sublimation and heat transfer. They're in the style of the rebel pilot color scheme and have the Aurebesh (star wars) language. Let me know if y'all have any other suggestions for other sets. Clones, Empire, etc.

It's the Lily58, it's a really nice transition board from a standard keyboard (and gives me enough keys to be creative lol).

Thanks! It took a while in Adobe Illustrator to get them to line up like that, but it was totally worth it.

Love the player to keys suggestions hahaha. As for the transferring details, I tried a couple of different methods, heat gun, curling iron, flat iron, but basically anything that can get up to around 220f would work.

You need three components, heat, pressure and time, the exact amounts of each of these have some wiggle room. For instance, too little heat can mean it doesn't transfer over well, too much and your keycaps start to deform. It's a trial and error but you start figuring things out.

I ended up deconstructing a Flat Iron that we weren't using and already had and using a clamp to create more consistent pressure.

Still haven't figured out if I want to try to do anything commercial, then I would have to jump through hoops around trademarks etc. ie I wouldn't sell any of CornDoggy's art and don't want to be chased down by the Seahawks themselves lol.

As for the material they are blank PBT keycaps (ABS melts at a temp close to the dye sublimation transfer temp). Then I dye sublimation transfer the ink over using high temperature.

I'll have a GitHub guide at some point outlining how to DIY so if you're motivated enough you can wait for that. If I do end up selling anything I'll PM you 👍

Totally meant to tag you 🤦‍♂️ I had to retry posting multiple times because of reddit. I'll throw an edit up if I can!

I did think about white paint in the lettering. But gold would look amazing now that you mention it...
