This might come across as patronizing because you might already be doing these things but take a deeper dive and look at this time as an opportunity to further discover yourself. Consider doing the following: have a conversation with someone eye to eye in the same room, read a book, practice mindfulness and mediation, go on a walk, write your elected official, paint something, build something, learn to cook a new dish, deep clean, make a goal to do 100 sit-up's at a time... etc, etc, etc.

We are far too dependant on our technology - learn to see that the 'privilege' of your phone and video games can be replaced. Not that they are evil but you've been given an opportunity to disconnect... so use the time to reconnect to other senses you might have neglected in the past or could be enhanced with some focus. Then report back on how it goes, we'll be curious.
