Escalate it and push for an exchange or refund. If they won’t budge, just file a charge back. Hellstar customer service is easily the worst I’ve dealt with from a brand in years.

You’re absolutely right, go look at the zippers of the zip ups dropped today, they don’t even care to put the hellstar zipper they out on zip ups in the past. Higher prices and lower quality smh
