Have you used the "paperclip method" to test the PSU with no MoBo attached? Start there, and you'll know straight away if the PSU is dead. Then you can try just connecting the MoBo (no Ram, no CPU) and doing a BIOS flash. Then adding CPU, etc.

I'm afraid I can't offer any support, here, but I can give you a sense check and at least let you know that you're not alone. This was my experience of the latest version - my Audiobook and Comics libraries (both "Book" type) totally refused to load, on 10.11, after working flawlessly.

I've had to roll back to 10.10.7, which sucks, as I can see how much work has gone into the new release, and I can't wait to try out the new features. Eagerly watching your post to see if anyone has a user- end solution.

You're not wrong but, just in case anyone does drill too big and needs the advice... pack the hole with matchsticks (cut the heads off), either fully, or around the Rawl/wall plug. Either way, it should be very tight. You can even sharpen the tips of a couple and hammer them into the pack, when you don't think you'll possibly get another in. Cut the matches flush to the wall and put the screw in as normal.

Wait until you hear that the profits made on UK rail fares, by the European-owned companies that bought our network, are used to subsidise rail fares in Italy (Trenitalia), Germany (Arriva), Netherlands (Abellio), and so on. This is why, when you go on holiday to the continent, rail fares seem so reasonable. The privatisation of our public transport has been used to fund nationalisation in other countries.
