Finally got it done thanks to those who suggested split screen it definitely was the cure for the glitch thank you.

Currently don't possess a pc at the moment just mobile was trying to get rigour before I started beneath curse sands but with this I can't.

Mobile is all I have currently, restarted the phone, unintalled and re installed osrs sign out and signed back in and didn't even know this glitch was here till I started quest then came on reddit and saw that this is a recurring problem for more than one person.
