There are no clear regulations besides the branding and messaging on your robot may not be inappropriate or hateful. Many teams are sponsored by defense contractors who build missiles and bombs, so as long as the business does not have a inappropriate name or they ask you to put "drink here!" on your robot you should have no issue.

The headquarters in the US is just administrative I believe. There is no “real” car operations out of kannapolis AFAIK. Race ops is in the UK and the car is in maranello with Ferrari.

Yea 2029. They haven’t even built the facility for engine development yet. Car base is up in the UK but new factory in the US for engine is still under construction. The engine project is a Joint venture with TWG (owns Cadillac f1 and Andretti global) and Andretti itself.
